There was this couple who wanted their wedding invitation cards themed after a Disneyland Castle. The Pop Up Occasions team searched for various Disneyland castles as the inspiration to use in the silhouette invite castle. The result was a caricatured castle complete with towers, battlements and steep brick walls with moat around it.
To provide a bit of anticipation on what’s inside the card per the client’s request, a cut out of a wrought iron grilled gate was used as a cover for the front of the invitation card.
Thus, the love story of the couple began with the wish upon a castle to live ever happily after!
